- At least years 5 experience in GSM/WCDMA Optimization
- Having strong GSM/WCDMA Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Air Interface and Protocol, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation)
- Strong BSS/RAN Nokia in tuning and network optimization with very good understanding of parameters (Handover, power control, Cell, Adjacencies)
- Ability to transfer Knowledge and presenting to customer
- Independent, self-motivated & hard working
- Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
- Strong command of both written & spoken English
- Must be willing to work overtime
Expert / Senior 2G Optimization Engineer : 3 Positions
- At least 5 years experience in GSM Optimization
- Having strong GSM Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Air Interface and Protocol, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation)
- Strong BSS Nokia in tuning and GSM network optimization with very good understanding of parameters (Handover, power control, Cell, Adjacencies)
- Strong experience in optimization tools (TEMS investigation, MapInfo, Net Doctor)
- Strong understanding of the counters in NOKIA and how these counters can be used to analyze and optimize the Radio functionality
- Strong understanding and how to analyze and optimize of KPI's (Drop Call, CSSR, HOSR, etc) Good Knowledge of all Network elements and their main characteristics
- Ability to transfer Knowledge and presenting to customer
- Independent, self-motivated & hard working
- Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
- Strong command of both written & spoken English
- Must be willing to work overtime
2G Optimization Engineer : 5 Positions
- At least 3 years experience in GSM Optimization
- Having GSM Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Air Interface and Protocol, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation)
- Experience in BSS Nokia tuning and network optimization with good understanding of parameters (Handover/intersystem Handover, Admission, Adjacencies, etc)
- Experience in optimization tools (TEMS investigation, MapInfo, Net Doctor)
- Understanding of the counters in BSS Nokia and how these counters can be used to analyze and optimize the Radio functionality
- Experience with network analysis and how to optimize of KPI's (Drop Call, CSSR, HOSR, etc) Good Knowledge of all Network elements and their main characteristics
- Independent, self-motivated & hard working
- Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
- Strong command of both written & spoken English
- Must be willing to work overtime
OSS Engineer : 3 Positions
- At least 3 years experience in Net Act Nokia OSS
- Experience in Fault Monitoring, Performance monitoring, Configuration Management with Nokia OSS
- Having experience in create and running script for database parameter changing such as LAC splitting, rehoming, etc.
- Experience in OSS tools (net. Doctor, etc)
- Independent, self-motivated & hard working
- Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
- Strong command of both written & spoken English
- Must be willing to work overtime
Data Base Engineer : 3 Positions
- At least 1 years experience
- Have experience in OSS Nokia performance management
- Have strong experience in UNIX, SQL programming and Macro
- Have strong experience in MS Office Access
- Independent, self-motivated & hard working
- Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work overtime
Drive Test Engineer : 5 Positions
- At least 1 years experience in 2G/3G Drive test
- Experience in Drive test tool; TEMS investigations 8.xx and NEMO 4.22
- Having experience in deliver measurement report by export DT measurement from TEMS Investigations/NEMO
- Familiar with Mapinfo
- Independent, self-motivated & hard working
- Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work overtime
