Position: 3G RF Optimisation Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 month initial contract (6 month extendable)

Your Availability: Immediately

Pay: $4,500 per month

Package: Rize will pay for flight, Visa and health insurance. Contractor covers the costs of accommodation and local travel.

Job Description: Candidate is required to meet the following criteria;

The Engineer must have a strong foundation of 3G (NSN Flexi) optimisation with strong analysis skills (using Actix) and performance measurements experience on flexi products. Some of the task the engineers will be responsible for will be the analysis of 3G Drive test logs using Actix analyser, KPI analysis using NetAct reporter, worst cell optimisation, parameter / neighbour audits. Making recommendation and implementing parameter / feature and coverage optimisation as well as generating customer reports. NetAct Optimiser will be used for optimisation. The engineer will be responsible for a cluster of 3G (existing) sites where they will need to reach or exceed the agreed KPI.
