2nd Level Fault Management, analyse root cause and start corrective actions (callout, 8/5) for all network / business/customer-impact related incidents
• Complex remote analysis and repair if the issue cannot be solved by first line repair
• Complex on-site trouble-shooting & replacement of hardware-equipments (like back-panels, racks, Message Buffer, Switching Network, Cabling…)
• All "Raptor" analyses, repair, configurations, installations, updates
• All BCT (Basic Craft terminal) analysis, repair, configurations and installations.
• Supports and reports Major service outage investigations and follow up
• Typically has experience in operation of Alcatel-Lucent S12
• 3-5 years NOC/Telco experience
• Advanced knowledge of wire line PSTN Networks
