Technical management on the 2G GSM 900 and 1800 Network. Implementation of
new BSC MX (2 x 600 TRX, 1x 1000 TRX, B9 to B10 software upgrade and TC
expansion, 3 x BSC upgrade (600TRX to 1000TRX) MISSION & EXPECTATION The
TPM's mission is to support the project in term of BSS network deployment
and integration to Celcom network PROJECT SIZE & CUSTOMER 3 new MX BSC , TC
upgrade , RNO to NPO migration , B9 to B10 upgrade to be deployed in Celcom
Network. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER BSS deployment, integration
and acceptance.
