We are currently looking for an RF planning consultant to be hired for a
three month period

 

Location: Lebanon

 

All facilities are provided.

 

Please provide expected salary.

 

 

Following are profile requirements:

 

-          Knowledge in Asset Planning tool

 

-          Frequency planning knowledge with hands-on experience in ILSA
tool

 

-          Cell parameter and feature planning for Ericsson and NSN BSS,
with knowledge in XML configuration file preparation for NSN BSS

 

-          Radio Network Dimensioning knowledge for voice and data services

 

-          Hands on experience in statistics collection and analysis to
follow up site performance

 

-          Capability to perform site surveys and propose suitable
candidates for new sites

 

-          Knowledge in designing macro, micro, and in-building site designs

 

-          Knowledge in drive test execution and analysis using TEMS tool

 

-          Knowledge in MAPINFO and ARCVIEW GIS tools, with capability to
update their databases, and to insert new site/drive test/coverage data into
the tools' database

 

-          Minimum 3 years experience in the RF planning field.
