Job Title – EWSD Support Engineer

Technical/Functional Expertise Required – Skills mainly on MSC UCR4.0cs/UMRCBK1V.V5013 (EWSD), and STP HiS700 v6.2.

Job Role -
-Network Administration (Network provisioning, change configuration), Out of Scope: Release upgrade, Network Design
-L2 Diagnosis and incident Resolution (B2B to NSN with the existing maintenance contract owned by MT)
-Review of existing KPIs, monitoring update + Performance reporting using existing tools (Hypervisor is IBM Netcool)
-Periodic Health Check
-Procedure writing for operations (improvement or creation)
- Possible: On the job Training to MT Operations and evaluation
Location – Monaco
Eligibility - Able to work in Europe. English or French speaking.
Start date - July 2010
Contract – 3 months with possible extensions
