Tangent are currently looking for 2G network optimisation consultants to
work a 2 week extendable project based in China.

The consultant must have the following:

The expert candidate should be very familiar with the GSM drive test
analysis and have the related solution capability. 1) The KPI analysis:
Drive test call drop rate, the Qos KPI,etc 2) to give us a consult network
solution to improve the test results.(From the Macro and micro point of
view,e.g. the network architecture(we have DCS), hand over strategy,
parameter strategy,etc.) and may be the experiments on the network are
needed to prove the affection of the solution. 3) to communicate with
customer and give out the professional analysis report and solution report.
4) to give the new or specific network planning and Optimize idea for
ShangHai GSM network. (can be included in the solution report) 5) to give
the suggestion and solutions on how to keep the Network quality when the
network construction engineering will be performed on the network.(New sites
added on the now network in a relative larger scale) (can be included in the
solution report)
