Tangent are currently looking for microwave engineers to work a 12 month
extendable project based in Iran.

The engineer must have the following experience:

Roles and Responsibilities
Team Work and Training
· Provide fault management support to the team.
· Attend company inner transmission advanced product training
· Discuss transmission update solution
· Periodic training region microwave engineer
Report and Work Flow
· Prevent maintenance check report
· Transmission performance analyze report
· Daily report, weekly report, monthly report
Fault Management
· Control major microwave transmission fault occur,
· Insure FO routine prevent maintenance and identify secluded problem
· Constitute Microwave software and hardware update fail recover
solution
Preventative Maintenance and Performance Management
· Constitute microwave preventive maintenance plan and analysis FO
feedback preventive maintenance report
· Analysis every site transmission performance and make to amend plan
· Insure backbone transmission performance
CR and Data Configuration Management
· Provide CR for first line modify data or adjust hardware
· Provide CR for update and cutover
· Backup microwave data information and insure microwave frequency plan

Site Acceptance and Version Management
· Control new microwave link acceptance and project quality
· Insure transmission management version the same project plan
Contingency plan and Spare Parts
· Constitute contingency event recover solution(for example: fail
update and fail cutover)
· Insure microwave spare part assign and provide for our region Insure
microwave spare part application on time

Requirements

Skills
· Proficiency in fault management
· Performance & capacity monitoring skills
· Configuration management
Experience
· Experience in system upgrades, expansions & health checks of the
network.
· Minimum 3 years experience in Microwave (NEC/Siemens/Fujisu/Alcatel
MW or Multiplex)
· With complicated engineering project and maintenance experience.

· Well versed with transmission network principle and kind of
equipment.

· Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow.

Education
· With Microwave vendor high level training
Other Requirements
· Good communication skill
· Fluent in English
