Managing and assisting contractors, who provide maintenance services on site. • Coordinating Field Maintenance activities according to the schedule prepared by Field Operations Team leader, controlling access to Sites. • Maintaining the system documentation up to date, through properly documenting any changes made to the network. ALARM AND TROUBLE HANDLING, REACTIVE MAINTENANCE Ensuring due handling of alarms and resolution of trouble events within shortest possible reaction and remedy times, attaining required service levels. • Ensures that proper alarm handling and escalation procedures are followed, so as to ensure the shortest possible reaction and remedy times applicable to specific fault categories, and attain required service levels. Addressing any network faults and alarms, including those received through NOC Helpdesk from Customer Care, while on NOC Duty Roster. • Updating Trouble Ticketing System/ Fault Log according
