UMTS Optimization NPI - RFSE3

Minimum 3 years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 year should be in UMTS NPI
- Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL)
- Experience optimizing network using statistics
- Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them
- Experience with live data KPIs and tools
- Business objects experience is preferred

I urgently looking for an excellent 3G llead optimization engineer for initially 3 months contract..
Role & Responsibilities:
3G ZTE hands on experience preferred: +7 years in RF optimization, +5 years in 3G optimization,
• Proven track record of leading team of engineers in activities involving Optimization and Radio Network Design, co-ordination of daily activities, tracking of project status and cluster acceptance.
• Generation of daily reports for the Technical Manager.
• Co-coordinating optimization status and results with a Centralized Optimization team.
• Needs to have the technical ability to present the optimization/KPI results to the technical manager/Head of 3G Project in order to validate cluster/project acceptance.
• DT logs analysis, Antennas configuration changes, Performance report analysis
• Expert on 3G parameters involving in SHO/HHO mechanisms, INTRA/IRAT reselection, RRMs algorithms, Admission control procedures
• Expert on radio features
• Expert on HSDPA
• High knowledge on signaling flow charts
• Worst cell analysis and optimization
The initial contract will be 3 month with an extension and the consultant needs to be onsite ASAP.
Consultant will need to provide laptop/mobile, visa.
We will provide flight, accommodation
Compulsory: Fluent in English. Ability to report performance consistently. Ability to work in autonomy.
Optional: Experience working with operator and performing Optimization through vendor management
