Good troubleshooting skills especially with SGSN.
Experience in GGSN/Flexi-ISN/CG/FW is a plus
Has been working in the role of technical support, customer service,
SW roll-out/upgrade projects
Has fundamental IP and Unix knowledge; knows basic IP configuration
and troubleshooting

Job description:
Radio Commander BR10.0 Support Engineer for OTA Customer in Algeria,
for enablig the OTA engineers on the new SW version installed on RC.
This cannot be done with a local resource, as customer does not accept
to have the same person doing the maintenance and enabling (which is
regularized through a different PO than maintenance). Therefore, a
dedicated resource is needed for this purpose.
• Provides OJT for Customer engineers, enables customer local
resources on the new SW installed on RC BR10.0.
• Advanced technical support for customer queries.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting /fault
localization within several competence areas and Multi Vendor
Interface.
• SW maintenance activities: installation & test of technical/change
notes /change deliveries.
• SW upgrades and technical audits on site.
• On-site support at customer’s premises participating network
operation service, when applicable.
• Plan and run a subproject (like SW upgrade, SW change planning,
Tailored technical support)
