Essential Skills and Experience:
This position is a very senior role that is expected to drive both planning and optimization strategy with minimal support. 1. High competence in UMTS RF propagation theory 2. Good competence in use of TCPU for WCDMA cell planning based on P7 3. Advanced knowledge of WRAN P7 features and functionality 4. Competence in generation and verification of CCR, Onsite script and Site Build reports towards implementation and integration teams 5. Final RND report and coverage plots for customer acceptance 6. WCDMA Performance management methodology 7. High competence in 3G/HSPA network optimization 8. WCDMA/HSPA network capacity management."

Performs design and performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project managers guidance
• Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his field of expertise

• Reports the progress of his/her work to project management / line management Typical tasks
• Works typically on one or alternatively in two technology areas
• Efficient utilization of design and measurement tools, including internal and external troubleshooting tools

• Field Measurements and laboratory tests

- Main skills :
- Database Design & Optimisation
- Radio Design & Optimisation (GSM/EDGE, WCDMA) - Capability of worst cell analysis, KPI analysis and reporting based on drive test measurement log files - Strong understanding of NSN radio planning and optimization processes with knowledge of NSN planning, optimization and drive test tools, such as MapInfo, Reporting Suite, TEMS, Actix, NetAct Radio Planner, Voice Quality Measurement tools, etc. - Benchmarking, parameter tuning, MOS measurement analysis - NSN BSS equipment ( Flexi BTS, BSC3i, etc ) knowledge - BSS parameter audit - Alarm tracking
- Strong presentation and technical consulting skills
- Deliver customer presentations, workshops and reports
Main focus area will be post-launch optimization for GSM/EDGE radio network with strong ex-Nokia radio network parameter knowledge and experience
