Senior (level3) Optimization Engineer with following requirements:
To maintain the 3G network KPIs above the contractual limits
To address any performance degradation in the network.
All should have a minimum of 6 years experience in 3G optimization and
overall above 8 years experience in GSM/UMTS.
Should be working with the NSN local teams and should participate in
all discussions on the network, strategy. Knowledge sharing is part of
their job responsibilities
Trouble shooting VIP complaints if necessary.
Expertise in the NSN RAS06 mandatory. Should have hands on experience
on capacity management & network tweaking through optional NSN
features.
Expertise in ex Nokia RNC and system level expertise mandatory in at
least one of the resources.
Should have a very good expertise on HSPA and experience of 3G Data
network optimization in high data traffic volume networks.
Deep knowledge of NSN tools: Nemo, NetAct, Actix.
Project Duration: 6 months;

I'm looking for 2 Broadband NSN Expert with following requirements:
1) At least 6 years in 3G RF Optimization with hands on experience in
Network which have Broadband. Mandatory ex-Nokia or NSN experience and
on RAS06 only. Knowledge of RU10 preferable.
2) At least 8 years in GSM/UMTS;
3) Minimum 5 years on NSN network;
4) Deep knowledge in HSDPA/HSUPA parameter optimization;
