1) Nokia Skill -- - PS core /CS Core commissioning and Integration - 2+
years experience

* *

o Training & Development of CS Core Engineers in Nokia New Products
& Technology.

o Attending to customer concern & sticking to the deadlines of Task
based projects.

o Provide remote support to Core engineer’s at site & provide
support during emergencies.

o *Commissioning & Integration *of GSM R4 architecture NOKIA Systems
(MSC Server-DX200, MGW-IPA2800, Hybrid Switch-CISCO 3750, DX200-HLR)

o *Integration: *Database loading as per engineered database,
Configuration of CISCO Router 3750 &7609, Interface connectivity of
Essential Network elements(SMSC, IVR, IN, BSC, CRBT, OSS..) with Core
Network * *of MSC Server, Digit & Routing Analysis configuration (Planning
as per customer requirement) , Checking for all types of Call/Services
scenarios, BSC Re-homing.

o Hands on experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco
3750/7609 Routers for IP Backbone which supports Sigtran, Megaco/H.248 and
BICC between Rel 4 networks.

o Software Upgrade & Change delivery updates to MSS, MGW & HLR.





2) Ericsson Skill RF UMTS Tuning and optimization 4+ years exp

RF Optimization experience. 6Months plus in UMTS.

*Position Name*: RF Engineer UMTS Tuning
*Scope of Work*: Candidates must be flexible to travel. Possible Locations:
Northeast or Plano, TX • Able to make recommendations in parameter changes,
feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance. •
Good understanding of optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent •
Experience in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between
artificial and real traffic loading • Good understanding of Layer 3
messaging • Able to collect and analyze drive data and performance
statistics • Knowledge on how IRAT procedures can affects the overall
performance
