URGENTLY seeking a CS Core O&M Engineer - 3 month project based in Kuwait
Main Skills required:
Responsible for end to end Core Network optimization, troubleshooting the
day to day problem, network performance monitoring, reporting and
recommendations.
Good knowledge in CS Core technologies, protocols such as Rel 99, Release
4, Iu-over-ATM/IP, SiGTRAN etc.
Legacy/NG IP technologies/protocols such as Softswitch, multi-layer
switching, IP addressing, etc.
Experience in NSN (mainly ex-Nokia products) 2G/3G MSS server optimization
Experience in Core Network Dimensioning and Performance Measurement tools
Good track records in NSN CS Core network planning and/or optimization
projects
Expert on signaling link analysis and optimization
Expert in CGR utilization analysis and optimization
Expert on Clear Code analysis
Verification of quality parameters and network performance Optimization
Technical reports preparation for traffic analysis and customer
presentation
