ACCESS MANAGER

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide the technical expertise per technology to support all
Network Operations functions and interface with Vendor Care/Support
functions on technical matters for all technologies in scope. Overall
Leadership and Management of the delivery of Field Operations

CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

Main Purpose of Role:

Ensures Network configuration consistency and ensures databases and
documentation are up-to-date

Main Responsibility Areas:

• Management of Network upgrades, additions and changes

FIELD COORDINATOR



Main Purpose of role:

Field operations and first line maintenance Management of
telecommunication equipment, power, site infrastructure and associated
equipment in the EMTS Region or geographical area assigned to his
duty. FLM management and subcontractor supervision.

• Spare Part Management

To provide the highest level of technical expertise in Power systems
(AC/DC) and infrastructure (shelter, tower, etc.) to support all
Network Operations functions and interface with local commercial
powers suppliers, vendors Care/Support functions on technical matters
for all power systems in scope.

Main Responsibility Areas:

• Giving technical support skills in Power systems and equipments.

• Fault Management technical support

• FLM and FLM subcontractors technical support

• Techinical escalations to vendors, CARE and NSN departments in
charge of power or infrestructure for more specialized support

• Liaise wirth FLM Coordinators for FLM subcontractor supervision

• Support on shelter, tower, etc. or intrestructure issues.

Key Tasks:

• Provides technical support 24x7 (Call-out)

• Provides technical support for complex technical matters until
resolved

• Provides technical support to CM, NI, Planning to plan/execute
network changes in Power matters.

• Provides technical expertise for investigations into major outages

• Drafts technical reports as required by NOC management

• Writes and executes routine maintenance checks to power and
intraestructure and FLM procedures.

• Liaise with FLM, Cutomer technical teams, comercial power suppliers

• Preventive, corrective maintenance, generator refueling process
description and supervise right execution.

• Periodic revision of TT, availability and alarms reports generated
by NOC and Netact.

• Acceptances of AC/DC power systems, shelter and infrestructure from
delivery on or before handover to operations

• Liaise with FLM coordinator for co-operating and co-coordinating
with power/infrestructure (tower, shelter, etc.) vendors, comercial
power providers for administrative and technical issues (upgrades,
faults – emergency, payments, etc.)

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics support to NOC monitoring and field
maintenance

• Support to the remote and on-site restoration of power element
functionality as defined in the agreed escalation plans.

• Any techical and administrative issue on infrestructure (tower,
