Experience in 3G or 2G/GPRS wireless systems towards RNC/BSC/PCU, Node B/BTS related systems OR MSC/SGSN core network nodes
Experience in any of these 3G protocols RRC, RLC/MAC, RANAP, NBAP or equivalent 2G protocols RR, RLC/MAC, BSSAP
Good expertise in development using C in Unix/Linux.
Efficient implementation of data structures
Good problem solving skills and debugging experience
Job-6 SE/SSE 2-5 yrs
Experience in GPRS/GSM application and Stack development contributing to low level design, coding, testing, test procedures, integration, bug fix and test, test reports, user documentation
He/She should be Proficient in C and Linux. Having good understanding of GSM/GPRS domain and working knowledge of GB, RLC, MAC stack.

Hands on experience on GSM BSC MSC & BTS testing., Experience on debugging problems on A Abis & Um interfaces., Experience in writing conformance & system validation test plans., Experience on testing of MAP interfaces towards HLR & SMSC.,Working experience of basic IP i.e. LAN, Subnet configuration, Auto recovery, ARP etc.Working knowledge of K1297 & Nethawk simulators/ Analyzers, Knowledge of CAMEL & prepaid, Knowledge of BSC features i.e. frequency hopping, DTX etc.,WiFi knowledge, Jitter, wander tools working knowledge. Develop understanding of feature requirements and find gaps. Creation of Test Strategy and Test Specifications, from requirements. Review of work carried out by other team members and providing guidance to other team members. Test Bed setup in lab, Troubleshooting, Fault analysis for problems discovered.
