 Ensuring NFM is collecting alarms from all the 7 NM74 instances(raising
 and clearing of alarms)
 Ensuring NFM Viewing descriptions are setup for the NM74 instances
 Verifying that the NFM graphical displays are setup for all the 7
 EMS?s
 Verifying that raw alarm messages from NM74 are being logged to NFM
 Verifying that if the connection between NFM and NM74 supports
 automatic alarm resynchronization
 It must be possible for the NM74 alarms to be paged (Email or SMS),
 ticketed (using Remedy) and reported (using Crystal Reports)
 Provide interface specifications, UAT document and perform the UAT
