Job Description/Skills Required:
We"re primarily looking for Oracle Access Management (OAM) and Oracle Identity Management (OIM) resources. These are part of Oracle Security.
Contractor will provide level 2 and 3 type support for OAM, OIM, and OIF.
This would include:
OAM / OIF
o Assist with the updating of OAM rules as required by projects
o Supporting our OAM installs and configuration
o Assist with management of users in environments that are not managed by OIM
o Assist with troubleshooting support calls for OAM integrated applications
o Assist with troubleshooting support calls for Federated access
o Assist with management of OAM environments
' Creating/managing WebGate definitions,
' Creating/managing Policy Domains,
' Creating/managing Authentication Schemes,
o Assist with evaluation of product upgrades
o Assist with management of user directories (OID & OVD)
OIM
o Potentially updating of written code and the writing of new code
o Supporting all components with OIM across our OIM environments
o Examples include:
' Investigate user issues and analyze problems
' Log review & error analysis
' User container management per Collaboration Requests
' Oracle Database OIM Management
' Setup & Configuration
' Deployment
o Deploy and support new functionality in OIM which includes:
' Active Directory Finish deployment
7 Home Directory
7 Location
' Conversion of Server Scripts into OIM
' Exchange Finish deployment
7 Create mailbox
7 Contactor will be expected to participate in the Security teams on-call rotation for Oracle Support.
7 Contactor will be required to provide after-hours support while on-call.
7 Contractor will utilize Oracle support for assistance when necessary.
7 Contractor will be expected to provide a weekly status report.
